Doughy CAD is a hosted SaaS for FiveM and similar roleplay communities. It is for simulation and roleplay use only. Nothing here is real police work, and nothing entered into Doughy CAD is a real legal record.
You own everything you put into MDC. We host it. We can delete a tenant for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms; we will always export your data on request before doing so.
Don't use MDC to harass, dox, or stalk real people. Don't try to reach the gaming platforms or law enforcement via MDC. Don't attempt to compromise our infrastructure. We will ban tenants that do, without refund.
We provide MDC as-is. We are not liable for in-game roleplay consequences, downtime past our SLA, or anything you do with the platform that violates these terms.
